Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Duration: 60 -90 Minutes

Initial Telepsychiatry Evaluation in Rockville, MD
Your initial evaluation will be conducted via telepsychiatry and scheduled for either 60 or 90 minutes. During this evaluation, you’ll meet with a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), who will assess your mental health needs. At the end of the session, a personalized treatment plan will be recommended, which may include medication treatment, ongoing medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. In many cases, a combined approach of medication and therapy has been shown to provide the most effective results.

Medication Management Follow up
Duration: 30 minutes
Price: $175
Follow-up appointments typically last between 15 to 30 minutes and focus on reviewing your progress. During these sessions, the Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will assess the effectiveness of your medication, make necessary adjustments, and evaluate potential medication interactions. We will also consider how other medical conditions may impact your mental and emotional well-being. Additionally, these appointments provide an opportunity for counseling on lifestyle changes or strategies that may support your healing process and symptom relief.

Psychotherapy
Duration: 50 minutes

Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without a call will incur a $100 fee for the first appointment and $50 for follow-up visits. Patients who miss 3 appointments in a row will need to discuss an alternate plan.
Prescription refills: Medication refills must be requested a week in advance. Prescription refill requests following a missed appointment will incur a $25 fee.
Requests for paperwork: Fees for paperwork requests vary depending on paperwork
Disability: We are not able to perform disability assessments or complete paperwork for disability claims
Phone calls outside of appointment: Phone consults of more than 20 minutes will incur a $50 fee.
